Why we exist

Most people are not turned down for the reason they think.

They can afford it. What they cannot produce is the paperwork in the shape a bank expects — and nobody tells them that, or what to do about it.

No formal credit file

You have never held a card or a bank facility, so there is nothing for a bureau to score. That is read as risk rather than as an absence of evidence.

Income that does not arrive on a schedule

Trading, contracts, commission, remittances. Real money, arriving in a pattern the standard form has no box for.

Statements that do not tell the story

Cash that never touches an account, transfers with no reference, three months where six would have made the case.

A mismatch nobody mentioned

A name spelled differently on your ID and your account. Enough to stop an application, and trivial to fix once somebody says so.

How it works

From “probably not” to a certificate a partner trusts.

Six steps. You can stop at any point, and nothing is read without your permission.
01

Check your readiness — your first one is free

Tell us roughly where you stand and we will tell you whether a finance partner is likely to say yes — before you share anything sensitive.

02

Verify who you are

ID, a few details, and a quick selfie check. Done once, and it protects you as much as it protects the partner.

03

Share your financial picture

Bank statements, income, anything you already pay. Nothing is read until you tick the box that says we can.

04

Get your score — and the reasons

Not a bare number. What is strong, what is weak, what you could realistically afford, and where that leaves you.

05

Ready, or a plan to get there

Ready means a certificate and an introduction to a finance partner. Not ready means an improvement plan and someone tracking it with you.

06

Find the home, keep the relationship

Browse verified listings, buy through the platform, and keep building a record that makes the next thing easier.

What we are, and are not

We are not the bank. That is the point.

Nothing we tell you depends on you signing anything. If you are not ready, we say so and show you the way there.

Your result

Four possible answers. None of them is just “no”.

Ready

Your profile stands up. You get a certificate and an introduction to a finance partner.

Nearly ready

One or two things are short. Usually a few months of consistency away.

Not ready yet

Real gaps, but every one of them named — with an order to work through them.

Not enough data

We could not see enough to judge fairly. We tell you what to add rather than guess.

What makes this different

Six things we will be held to.

A no comes with a reason

Banks reject and move on. We show you exactly which parts of your profile are weak and what would change them.

Built for thin credit files

No formal credit history, or income that arrives irregularly? We read your actual bank inflows and business records, not a score you were never able to build.

We do not lend, so we are on your side

Nothing we tell you depends on you signing anything. The finance partner takes the risk and makes the decision.

Ethical partners only

Every partner we introduce you to offers Shariah-compliant financing. You will never be routed to an interest-bearing product.

You are never dropped

Not ready today is a plan, not an ending. We keep tracking your profile and tell you the moment you cross the line.

Homes attached to the outcome

Verified listings from checked developers, so a certificate leads somewhere real instead of another search.

For the diaspora

Years of sending money home. Nothing there with your name on it.

If you earn abroad you have been asked to prove more and wait longer. Your statements are usually the strongest we see.

Foreign income counts

Pounds, dollars, euros or dirhams, evidenced by statements from your own bank. No professional-body letter, no branch visit.

Assessed without flying home

Verification, uploads and your result all happen remotely. Name a representative in Nigeria and we coordinate viewings with them.

Often the strongest profiles

Stable employment and clean statements tend to score well. Many diaspora buyers are ready already and simply never asked.

Support when you are awake

Hours covering UK, European and North American evenings.

For property developers

Buyers who are checked before they ever reach you.

Every enquiry has already passed identity and readiness checks. You stop showing homes to people who were never going to complete.

Buyers who are already checked

Every enquiry has passed identity verification and a finance-readiness assessment, so you stop showing homes to people who were never going to complete.

A bar you can actually clear

Intervention funds want a five-hectare land bank, ₦500m in net assets and three completed projects. We ask for a track record and clean title.

Nothing owed until a sale completes

No listing fee and no subscription. A commission is due only on a sale you and the buyer both confirm.

Demand data you can build against

See which price bands, cities and home types certified buyers are searching for before you commit to a design.

Who this is for

The people who got a no and nothing else.

Three banks turned me down and not one of them told me why. I did not need a loan that week — I needed to know what was wrong.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do you give me the financing yourself?
No. We assess whether you are finance-ready, show you how to improve if you are not, and introduce you to an ethical finance partner once you are. That partner is the licensed lender and makes the decision. Being clear about this matters: we are on your side of the table precisely because we are not the one lending.
So what do I actually get from you?
A finance readiness score with the reasons behind it, a realistic price range you could afford, an improvement plan if you need one, and — when you qualify — a certificate and an introduction to a partner. If you are not ready, we keep tracking your profile and tell you when you cross the line.
Will you guarantee I get financing?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We can make your application as strong as it can honestly be and put it in front of the right partner. The decision is theirs.
